Grady discovers a pumpkin!

I decided to see how well Grady could feed himself today, it went pretty well. Nothing went on the floor, but you can see where it did go! He ate stage 3 food, Turkey rice dinner. It kept him entertained long enough for me to clean up the kitchen and get dinner ready, I just roll the high-chair into the kitchen. We may not do this every night for dinner, but at least a couple of times a week. He loved it! He also had his first real bath afterward, in the big tub, not his baby tub. He's growing so fast! :) Grady's also been shaking his head side-to-side and is cutting two more teeth on top. Now I know how to keep him entertained!

I had been wanting to get Grady this Leapfrog walker, but couldn't find it here in Little Rock. I just happened to mention it to my friend Kim. While I was telling her about it, she remembered she had bought it for him about 2months ago and just hadn't sent it yet. It arrived yesterday and he's been having fun pushing it around the house, it plays music and ABC's and numbers. He really does well pushing it, but sometimes it gets away from him. I also have to say thanks to Kelby, Kim's daughter, she has a hand in picking out the gifts they send. And the adorable outfit he's wearing is courtesy of Aunt Amy! He's got so many cute outfits now, it's hard to pick! Hope everyone is well!

Grady got some new sunglasses that fit him well and I got him some new shoes that are really cute and easy to get on. They're leather indoor/outdoor shoes, similar to a name brand. Grady now has 2 teeth, he had a little more trouble with the second one. He's pulling himself up on the couch and attempting to climb it, but he's not quite there yet. He's crawling everywhere, especially after the cat! He loves to hold your hands and try to walk, he's got the motion down but doesn't have the strength or coordination. Things are well in Arkansas, the house is great, we're settling in and really enjoying it!
